Rebar Tying Tool up to 20mm x 20mm with 1.0 mm wire

The MAX RB401T-E is a battery-powered stand-up rebar tying tool designed to reduce bending and back strain when tying rebar for concrete slabs and floor reinforcement. Its extended frame allows operators to tie rebar while standing, helping improve comfort, reduce fatigue, and increase productivity during large slab construction projects. The RB401T-E uses the same battery and tie wire as the MAX RB441T and RB611T TWINTIER models, allowing contractors to share batteries and consumables across multiple tools for greater convenience and lower operating costs.

    The MAX RB401T-E was evaluated in a demonstration project published by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The automatic contact mechanism also helps maintain a fast, consistent workflow, making repetitive rebar tying easier and more efficient.

    In a demonstration published by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, operators completed approximately 330 ties in 10 minutes using the RB401T-E, compared with approximately 195 ties using traditional hook tying. The evaluation also found that workers bent their waist and knees less frequently, demonstrating higher productivity while reducing physical strain on workers.
