The automatic contact mechanism also helps maintain a fast, consistent workflow, making repetitive rebar tying easier and more efficient.
• Proven to Improve Productivity
  In a demonstration published by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, operators completed approximately 330 ties in 10 minutes using the RB401T-E, compared with approximately 195 ties using traditional hook tying. The evaluation also found that workers bent their waist and knees less frequently, demonstrating higher productivity while reducing physical strain on workers.
